Data controller
Bluride, Via Cristoforo Colombo, 7 - 80073 Capri (NA), Italy - VAT Reg. No 05953911210 - email capri@bluride.it.
Data we process
- Data you send us: name and surname, email address, phone number and message entered in the contact form or sent by email or phone. Only the email address is required; without it we cannot reply.
- Navigation data: like any website, the web server automatically records technical data (IP address, date and time, page requested, browser type) in its logs, to guarantee the security and proper functioning of the service.
- Google Maps: the map on the contact page is loaded only if you click “Show map”. From that moment Google receives your IP address and may set its own cookies, acting as an independent data controller.
Purposes and legal basis
- Replying to your requests and preparing quotes: pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Fulfilling tax and accounting obligations if a contract follows (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
- Website security and prevention of abuse: legitimate interest of the controller (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
No marketing or profiling
Your data is not used for marketing, is not used for profiling or automated decision-making, and is never sold or disclosed to the public.
Retention
Request data is kept for the time needed to handle your request and, if a contract follows, for the periods required by law (10 years for accounting records, Art. 2220 of the Italian Civil Code). Server logs are kept by the hosting provider only for the time strictly necessary for security purposes.
Recipients
Data is processed by Bluride staff and by the providers of the hosting and email services, appointed as data processors (Art. 28 GDPR). Should a provider be located outside the European Economic Area, the transfer takes place on the basis of an adequacy decision or of the Standard Contractual Clauses of the European Commission.
Your rights
You may at any time request access to, rectification or erasure of your data, restriction of processing, data portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interest (Articles 15–22 GDPR), by writing to capri@bluride.it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
Cookie Policy
This website does not use profiling cookies, analytics cookies or other tracking tools, and does not store any information on your device. For this reason no cookie banner is shown (Art. 122 of the Italian Privacy Code and Italian DPA guidelines of 10 June 2021).
Third-party cookies may only be set by Google if you choose to load the map on the contact page. Links to social networks are simple links: no content is loaded from those platforms until you click them. You can delete cookies at any time from your browser settings.
